The hotel is conveniently located right on Broadway, very near to Central Park and Times Square. The service was a bit disjointed, but eventually resolved by a supervisor. The dining experience with self-made waffles and breathtaking views was delightful. The rooms, however, had not been cleaned by housekeeping, and the facilities were somewhat lacking.
