Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect with a wonderful view of Central Park, and the setup with 2 beds for the 3 girls to share was just what we needed. The service, although a bit odd at times, was eventually sorted out with great hospitality. The location was unbeatable, being very near Central Park and right on Broadway. The dining experience, with self-made waffles included, was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly memorable.
The hotel offers an absolutely stunning 180-degree view and glass all around the rooms, with nice views on upper floors. However, housekeeping had still not been cleaned. The service was a bit weird as I had to keep finding the right person to handle my requests. The hotel is very near Central Park and right on Broadway but could not locate my reservation until escalated to a supervisor. Despite these aspects, the location is terrific and close to various stations and tourist areas.
The hotel is conveniently located on Broadway, very near to Central Park and convenient to many iconic NYC sites. The rooms with a small kitchen and a king bed, unfortunately, had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The service was a bit of a hassle with multiple calls needed before my reservation issue got resolved at the end. The facilities were decent, but a bit lacking in cleanliness.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel surprised me with its amazing views and provided the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was offered.
I can't get over how incredible the views are from the rooms! The kitchenette is a convenient touch, and the glass design all around just adds an extra wow factor.
The hotel is conveniently located right on Broadway, very near to Central Park and Times Square. The service was a bit disjointed, but eventually resolved by a supervisor. The dining experience with self-made waffles and breathtaking views was delightful. The rooms, however, had not been cleaned by housekeeping, and the facilities were somewhat lacking.
The hotel offers a stunning view of midtown Manhattan and is conveniently located near multiple subway lines. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view to the north, but the broken freezer was a downside. The service was a bit weird at times, but the hospitality was exceptional. The dining experience included selfmade waffles and had a cozy Tuscan bread vibe. The facilities were modern and convenient, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location; it's situated between multiple stations, right on Broadway and very near to Central Park. The rooms offer absolutely stunning 180-degree views, and they come with double beds, making it perfect for our group of three girls. However, some may find the residence slightly on the small size. The service felt a bit odd as I had trouble getting my reservation sorted until it was escalated to a supervisor. The dining experience, while lovely with self-made waffles, didn't provide all the food options on weekdays. On the bright side, the facilities are top-notch with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was amazing with stunning 180-degree views, but some service issues like multiple calls to find my reservation. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the self-made waffles were a delightful touch. However, some food items were missing on weekdays.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the spectacular Central Park view from my room and the well-organized kitchen facilities. However, I did notice some areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I couldn't get over the stunning views from the upper floors of the hotel and the well-organized kitchen in the rooms. The view was absolutely spectacular, but the service was a bit strange at times. Car hire and grocery shopping services were available, adding to the hospitality feel. The location was very near Central Park and right on Broadway, making it a convenient spot between multiple stations.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with amazing views and a convenient location. The service is hospitable, although there were some issues with requests. The dining experience is delightful with a variety of options, but there were inconsistencies in service levels.
